Effective date: April 2026. This policy applies to getzodex.com and the Zodex web application.
What we collect
Zodex stores your birthdate and chart data in your browser's local storage unless you choose to save a profile. We do not sell that data or share it with advertisers. Some features, like Oracle and payments, require server-side processing to work.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Oracle conversations
If you use the Oracle feature, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We send only the content of your message and your chart context (element, zodiac sign). We do not send your name, email, or payment information to the AI provider.
Cookies and analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, feature adoption). We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
You can remove locally stored chart data at any time by clearing your browser storage. We retain payment records only as required for accounting and legal compliance, and Oracle requests only for the time needed to operate the feature and monitor abuse.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
